How to make Papaya Smoothie 

Papaya Smoothie Recipe – This is very delicious and Nutritious

I am positive you will love this smoothie, and vow to make it again and again.  

Here are the ingredients for this recipe:

  • One small or medium-sized papaya
  • ½ measuring cup of carnation milk
  • ½ measuring cup of liquid whole milk
  • Vanilla Essence
  • ¼ cup honey or condensed milk (Optional)
  • 5 ice-cubes

 

Procedure:

Add all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

Then, pour in a glass and drink.

Papaya Smoothie Recipe – How To Make Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients: 

 

–  1 Small Papaya

–  1 tsp Mixed Essence

–  1/2 Cup Whole Milk

–  1/2 Cup Carnation Milk

–  1/4 Cup Honey (This is optional. If you don’t have honey, you could use condensed milk instead. )

–  5 Cubes Ice (Since I am using a small Ninja Blender, I am only using 5 Cubes of Ice. )

Next:

Add all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

And that’s it.

Then, pour it in a glass and drink.

Of course, you can add other ingredients to this simple recipe and create delicious variations of this smoothie. I have made several types of papaya smoothies just by adding one or more ingredients to the recipe above.  I would be sharing these varieties with you in later cooking tutorials. 

 

I personally use Ninja Blender to Blend all my Smoothies. Since I have been using this blender I have found that it does blend my fruits and vegetables smooth enough to my liking. I am using the 900 Watt model, but the company have now upgraded it to a 1000 Watts model. See the picture above this paragraph.
