1. Place your mouse pointer over the table – a small square box will appear at the bottom right-hand corner of your table. See diagram below.
2. Put your mouse pointer over the square box and the pointer of your mouse will change to a diagonal two-headed arrow.
3. When this happens, hold down the left button of your computer mouse and drag up to make the table smaller or down to make the table bigger. You can also drag across to make the table bigger or smaller, as well.
When you are dragging the table, a dotted line will appear on your screen (as seen in the diagram below), to represent the new table size. When you are satisfied with your new table size – Release the left button of your computer mouse.
