1. Click where you want to insert the image in your document.

2. Click the ‘Insert’ tab. Then click the Picture button, as seen below.

3. When you click the ‘Picture’ button, the ‘Insert Picture’ dialog box will appear on the screen – locate the picture you want to insert in your document and click the ‘Insert’ button, see below.

4. Word has inserted the picture with handles around it, which you can use to resize your picture. See the video at the end of this lesson.
