How to insert a column

To insert a new column, left-click in a column to the left of the column where you want to insert a new column.

Click on the ‘Home’ tab

Click on the ‘Insert’ command

Click on the down arrow next to the ‘Insert’ command

A drop down box will appear

When it does click on the ‘Insert Sheet Columns’ command
