2. Click on the Format Tab. See the table below.
3. To change the background color of the table – Click on the ‘Shape Fill’ button, the ‘Theme Colors’ gallery will appear on your screen – Choose the background color you want for your table by clicking on it. The background color of your table will be changed to the color you chose.
4. To change the color of the border around the Table, click the ‘Shape Outline’ button, the ‘Theme Colors’ gallery will appear on your screen. Click on the color you want for the border of your table and PowerPoint will apply the change for you.
5. You can also change the color of the border surrounding the table by clicking on a style from the ‘Shape Styles’ gallery. There are several shape styles stored there. You can scroll down the shape styles gallery to view them. Then click on the one you want and PowerPoint will perform your command.
