How to Add a Slide in PowerPoint

1. Click ‘New Slide’ under the ‘Home’ tab

2. If you would like a new slide with a different layout – Click the down-arrow next to ‘New Slide’…A gallery will appear on your screen with different slide layout. Click on the new slide layout you want.


PowerPoint inserts the new slide with the layout you chose. See the diagram below.
