I appreciate that you pinned J Kenji Lopez-Alt's comment at the top. I have almost all of his books and respect him deeply as a chef, but I also respect your position as a comedian making art. Pinning his comment proves to me that the discourse between you two is important and that you are not afraid of it. It made me respect you even more, and it made me respect him even more.
