If you made an error while entering data in your document you can use the ‘Undo’ command in the QAT (quick access toolbar) area.
When you click on the Undo button Word will reverse the last change you made to your document. You can continue to press the Undo button until you have reverse all the changes you wanted to undo.
You can also use the Ctrl + Z keys on the keyboard to undo changes you made to your document, as well.
If after undoing your last changes, you decided you made a mistake and would like to redo it – Just press the Redo button.
