How to Add or Delete a Row

1. If you want to insert a new row above a specific row in a table – Click the row beneath it. If you want to insert a new row below – Click the row above it.

2. Click the ‘Layout’ tab

3. I Clicked the ‘Insert Above’ button, to insert a new row above the one I clicked on in the table.

5. To insert a row below: Just click the ‘Insert Below’ button. And Word will insert a new row below, for you. To continue working on your document – Click anywhere outside the table.

How to delete a row:

1. Click in the row you want to delete

2. Click the ‘Layout’ tab

3. Click the ‘Delete’ command, then scroll down to ‘Delete Rows’ and click on it
